You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days for any reason.
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returned purchases once they are shipped from our workspace.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date of payment received. As it takes about 2 weeks to ship your purchase, any refund requested after the initial 7 day period will be deducted 50% to cover costs associated with your order.
